About
Sam R. Coker
Architect Sam R. Coker has enjoyed working for clients from Jackson, Mississippi to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Coker designs distinctive and inviting homes that provide a beautiful backdrop for the families who live there.
Born in the Mississippi Delta, Coker is a graduate of the Auburn School of Architecture and gained his Architectural License with the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards. He has worked with the Historical American Building Survey documenting Death Valley Ranch in Death Valley, California, as well as the White House.
In Mississippi, he is known for designing spacious homes with breathtaking views and eye-catching details. Some of which include natural materials such as hardwood, stone, old beams, and an abundance of natural light. “Being one with the site is of utmost importance. The use of glass is critical to the airy feel of a home.” Coker says.
